We currently offer pan-India shipping through our trusted delivery partners. Wherever you are in India, Aroro is just a few days away.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of successful payment.
You'll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking details once your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Other Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 5–9 business days
Delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier issues. We'll do our best to keep you informed.

Returns and Exchange
We offer returns and exchanges within 4 days of delivery, only if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You receive the wrong item
To initiate a return, please write to us at support@aroro.in with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. Our team will assist you promptly.
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size mismatch, or personal preference. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with the certificate of authenticity and all included items.
