At Aroro, every piece of jewellery is crafted with intention, elegance, and care. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and premium return experience.

We accept returns within 4 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging must be intact, including:
• A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, kindly email us at support@aroro.in with your:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Clear images (if applicable) to support your request

If your return is approved, we will provide:

• A return shipping label
• Step-by-step return instructions

Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@aroro.in, with photos of the item and packaging. We will swiftly evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Engraved or made-to-order pieces
• Gift cards
• Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please feel free to contact us.

If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (within the 4-day window) and placing a new order separately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Kindly note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund approval and you haven't received the amount, please email us at support@aroro.in.
